Finding your way around Kenall Agent Center
The button at the top of the main section of this site will drive each
level of information. The 'Customer' Section leads to all customer information, including
Order information, Tracking Information and Invoice Information. This information is
organized by the specific customer directly. There is no view to display all order
information for all customers. It is important to understand that each of your
customers is uniquely represented as a sub-section menu and will filter all information at the customer level.
Within the Customer you will have the ability to filter based on
different search criteria to gather relevant data quickly based on your requirements. The
goal of the Kenall Agent Center is to assist in gathering and retrieving purposeful
tracking information efficiently.
Understanding the menu system and sub-section menu will be crucial for
navigating the Kenall Agent Center.Remember there is always a 'breadcrumb
trail' allowing you to go back and fourth using the browsers to assist in navigation.
Logging Into Kenall Agent Center
Your sales representative should have issued you a Agent Number and
Password. The same Agent Number and Password as used in the old Agent Center
website will work on the updated site. If you experience problems, please
contact your Sales Service Rep.
Download Support
Kenall through inquiry with you our Agents has determined that the
best delivery method of documents within the Kenall Agent Center are Excel (xls) and Adobe
Acrobat (pdf) files. These files can be downloaded by directly clicking the
appropriate links. However by doing so you will be loading the files in memory. It is
highly recommended that you right click the document and select save as and download the
file locally. This assures best performance and accuracy of the files as they will change
periodically. All files have been scanned for harmful or stealth viruses. We make no
guarantee, but assure best care and practices have been taken with the documents
attached to the Agent Center.
If you have troubles downloading please contact your local IT person to assist in
either downloading the file or finding the appropriate program to open xls and pdf files.
Browser Support
Kenall has made every effort to make this site usable for as many
different web browsers as possible. Unfortunately, older browsers are not able
to take advantage of current technology, and so the site does not look as 'designed' as it
does in modern browswers, although all the information should be accessible. We
encourage all users, if at all possible, to update their browser to the latest version - not
only for this site, but to enhance your use of the web in general.
Printing from Kenall Agent Center
We have set this site up so that if you are using a modern browser,
when you print a page the printout will not include the menus or sidebars. If the page
title and address don't appear on your printout, you can set your browser to add them.
However Kenall prefers that you do not print information from the Agent Center. As data
pulled is real-time and will change continuously. Any printout is stagnant data and
outdated as soon as printed. We also would like to point out that all data on Kenall Agent Center is
confidential and the property of Kenall Manufacturing with all rights reserved.
